Since April 25th, photographers’ flashes are busy snapping Monica Bellucci, who was welcomed into the Grévin by Pierre Tchernia, member of the Grévin Academy and Béatrice de Reyniès, Manager of the Grévin.

The sculptor Eric de Saint-Chaffray and the staff of the Grévin workshops spent a year perfecting this masterpiece.

The wax figure is wearing a glamorous Dolce & Gabbana frock donated by the star herself, and a copy of a Cartier necklace.

Monica Bellucci was very moved at being so honoured.

Since April 26th, visitors may come and pose for the photographers at her side…  Quoting Oscar Wilde:  «Beauty is altogether in the eye of the beholder».
